Do you wear a lot of ponytails? If you put a pony in the same spot all the time it breaks that spot off.

No maam. Most of the time I might wear a head band. I try to moisturize but no matter what I do its always dry in the middle.

Your hair may be more fragile in this area. Be as gentle as possible with this area and see if it improves.

Hi there -- do a search in this and the Alopecia forum for "crown." Lots of us have extremely fragile hair in that spot that breaks all the time.
The search function (located above in the links with "User CP") will provide you with a wealth of knowledge, advice, thought-provoking ideas, and hilarity. Check it out!

How often are you washing and conditioning? What products are you using? How do you wear your hair every day? How is your health?

That's my weak spot too. Just gotta baby it, moisturize like a fiend, and DC like someone is paying you to.
