Hah, I'm a lazy bum, so my main products are water and an oil. I like castor oil and Qhemet Biologics Amla Oil Nourishing Pomade. I'm also into ayurvedic powders. For cleansing I prefer a shikakai/neem/amla mix, but I also like Shea Moisture's Black Soap shampoo and conditioner.
Yes my hair is prone to ssks because I don't protective style unless OHR is doing my twists

Yeah, i get alot of ssks. I think its cause I'm so lazy with my hair. I need to start taking proper care of it, but I just like letting it be and putting some moisturizer when its feeling dry. I really need a trim. And I would post photos but IDK how to upload photos on this site.

HAIR TYPE 1 by sunnehdai, on Flickr
my kissby sunnehdai, on Flickr
(just to finish off da kiss, its blurry so)
These are some photos of my coily hair type without it being stretched. It's probably not moisturized, but yeah. IDK if i have any upclose ones. Also, it's a little bit below neck length here if it was stretched. Now my hair is pretty much shoulder length.Last edited by sunnehdai; 07-28-2011 at 09:53 AM.

I love her hair!
OP, my hair has sporadic pen spring coils. It ain't never gonna hang. If you do have pen spring coils, just accept that your hair isn't going to hang. It defies gravity
Wow, the closest thing to a hair twin that I have EVER found! Does she have a regimen posted anywhere? Thanks for the help!

it's APL now when stretched. i started back using Qhemet Biologics products. I love the Detangling Ghees and The Alma and Olive Heavy Cream. i like the Olive and Honey Hydrating Balm mixed with the Cocoa Detangling Ghee. soft hair for days. i am really trying to learn what i can and can't do with my hair. it seems it is turning into a Beast the longer it gets. just trying to find out what will keep it moisturized and a good regimen before the winter comes. i like the shampoo bars, but may go back to cowashing.
shortdub no longer, starting my loc'in journey for 2010 and beyond!
