do you cut or dust your end
hey everyone i was just wondering how many people dust their end over how many of you ladies, straighten or blow dry to cut your ends.
Personally I'm one for the dusting. I'm 9 months in and i have yet to have a spit end and all i ever do it dust my ends.
I'm not saying one is better then the other, just wondering who does what and what makes you pick one over the other.
btw check out the blog post i did on dusting my ends >>>>Last edited by Miss T; 06-10-2011 at 01:38 AM. Reason: re-directing traffic

When I was a loose natural, I had a natural stylist trim my ends. It was more of a cut. She preferred to keep the hair in its afro state because that was how I wore it. She said the curls would fall look the best if she trimmed that way. If you straighten regularly, then trim or dust the ends while straightened, she said.

Cut in natural state. Trim IF I flat iron. Dusting doesn't make an impact. I cut every 6-12 mo. for thin and uneven ends.

I just cut it. Dusting takes too much effort. I just twist my hair up and take the same amount off of all them.
