well i joined ww on aug 1 and after the first week i gained 2 pts b/c i ate way too much, so much so that i had negative activity points b/c i used my 49 and all the activity points so i didn't expect to lose.
I weigh in on sunday (14th) and I've been working out a lot more and I have 20+leftover pts from the extra pts, and I haven't touched my activity points. I'm expecting to lose, but I have lost a few inches on my body. My waist and belly are smaller. One step at a time.

So I recently decided to get back on track with WW. This was my first I weighed in this week I lost 2.5 lbs. Which is great for me. I also found a a no sugar added pasta sauce that I liked. The goal is to actually make it to the gym this week.

I hit one of my goals...40lbs! WOW. When I saw her write that down I thought "how in the hell did I let myself gain AT LEAST 40lbs in 11 years?!?" I'm pretty sure I was 20lbs less than this in high school. I'm just loving the way I feel and look so much right now.
I never really appreciated my body before but now having been much bigger I get it. I didn't want to be skinny but I always still felt a little bad because I was bigger than most of my friends. And it's great that I'm learning how to eat so I can carry this into the rest of my life.
Weight watchers has some great recipes so I think I'm going to buy one. I'll ask for more cookbooks and a nice knife set for Christmas, LOL.GOT PANK??

So who's back on the new WWPP (despite JHud's constant reminder)?
I rejoined a week ago (yes fell ALL off the wagon lmao) and started counting pts two days ago and am doing pretty good...i do my first weigh in tomorrow (i was already weighed and just changed my weigh in day). I'm having issues being satisfied despite being full (I'm not eating what I feel will make me satisfied..just super used to eating bs i guess). Also, i like how you can kind of customize your pts...i was able to lower my daily pts by 4 or 5 pts which can IMO kick start your weight loss...
So any newbies? Any returns? Anyone still on? Love to hear your updates!

Still on board as well. I haven't had as significant weight loss during this 17 week series of the WW At Work meetings, but I'm down 55 lbs since I started last Feb. I'll take it!
I have no motivation to work out, but I am trying to do better. Started jumping jacks during commercials if I'm watching TV.DNA's double helix design - ingenious.
