What do you apply to your scalp to stop it from being dry and staying healthy.

Water. Its the best moisturizer in the world. The most important thing is keeping the scalp clean and letting sebum work it's magic naturally. Putting too much product on the scalp clogs the pores so the water can't get in, and causing icky product buildup. But I've heard ppl apply jojoba to their scalp if they don't naturally produce enough sebum.

Water is good, and as was mentioned you can seal in the moisture by adding jojoba oil, or coconut oil. Keep in mind...water can also be drying. So you need to seal in the moisture. You can still over do it with the water...because you can risk drying your poor scalp and hair out by stripping it of it's natural oils. Do things in moderation (which means going light on products as well) and you should be fine.
