This is why I love this forum...so much information! Good to know my locs are still progressing, even if I can't see it for myself.

I pulled 3 of these little balls (two and one fell out). They were getting on my nerves. Hanging by a strand.
Then I thought, Bet I wasn't "supposed" to do that...lemmie see what nappturality says
Of course, I learned by now...do whatever you please, it's your hair.
I have several other end buds, but they look more stable so they don't bother me. Just glad I'm budding.

for the past couple months i have had these lil ballies hangin from my ends and im okay with it, but for some odd reason others are not so OKAY with it. i have had to tell numerous folks to keep they hands to they self n let my lil ballie be, and then they look at me like im crazy so i look at them like they crazy
thre is this one particular ballie that has been hanging on for a good minute, most of the ballies i had fell of long time ago,and then i get new ones and they since have fallen off, but this one...i guess its gonna end up being part of the sealed end of the loc i guess..idk...but either way, its there, hanging out, chillin, aggravating everyone but me...lol...

I haven't had any hair balls on my ends. I know I would have pulled them off!

I´m having those ones now. I´m almost 3 months into my journey. If they hang by two or three hairs, you all get my point, I pull them off. No way I´ll let them hang like that looking like they want to jump off!

I have serious HIL disease, and although I'm almost at the 2 year mark (come April), I really have to resist the temptation to pull the hairballs off the ends of some of my locs. It's just too easy for me to yank em out....

When I started with braids I didn't have any but this time around they are everywhere! I try to ignore them but they taunt me until I pull them off! I think they're okay though bc they were only hanging on by a strand or two.

Re: Hairballs
This is my second set and I know I should know better. Maybe I do know better and am just ignoring myself. Anyway, I've been pulling.
I'm fearfully and wonderfully made from my scalp to the ends.
