    Default Random Health Thoughts

If your import amid discussion is to ridicule, sabotage, and/or dismiss, you will no longer receive the privilege of my attention. Passive aggressive behaviors are a defense mechanism of oppressed and ultimately even self-defeated persons. Disregarding and/or ridiculing the concerns of others doesn't legitimize or address your own. You have betrayed a critical trust I must have in you that you are engaging or asking of me to enhance each of our perspectives rather than ridicule mine or reaffirm your own biases. Express your own concerns and/or support your own ideals. Your antics reek of repression and aren't constructive.

The rain messed with my walk/run this morning. Fortunately it didn't mess up my hair.

I've been good about working out this week. 4-5 times a week IS doable

    5K tomorrow morning...wow...walk/run/jog for me.

Went to the doctor yesterday for a follow up appointment. I've gained one pound since the last time (a week ago) I visited. On a better note, my lab work came back normal. Everything is in the normal range.

Natural remedies continue to amaze me. I can't tell if it was the garlic or the chamomile tea. But if I'd known I'd be able to feel this way this quickly, I'd have taken them AGES ago.

^ NOOOO don't let it be.

i have stressed myself into high blood pressure. considering i had low blood pressure 9 months ago, i'm now pretty certain it's due to the last 7 months being a bunch of overworked high stress days from my job.

i finally got it when yesterday during 2 am- 4:30 PM workday i found myself being so angry i could have punched a hole in the wall 4 times, crying and feeling so sad i could have jumped out of the window of our 22nd floor office three times. yesterday was just a very concentrated version of what i've been experiencing over the past 7 months so yeah there's no way stress hasnt played a part in my HBP and general lack of energy.

Do you ever notice that there are some times of the month that you are more...determined/industrious/optimistic than others? I've noticed consistently that there's a window that I take more risks or do/schedule things that would normally cause me anxiety.

It probably has something to do with ovulation, but I wish that I could feel this way all the time.
