Still just water for me. I use an oil-free and glycerin-free shampoo and conditioner, but after that, I rinse and don't apply anything else. My hair feels and looks its absolute BEST now!

I make my own concoctions. If we're only counting end product, then I'm at three main products.
I spritz with a water/aloe vera juice mix.
I twist with an aloe vera gel/grapeseed oil/glycerin mix.
I seal with castor oil.
When I want to get fancy I have one commercial product that I use for styling.formerly SaPhia

When I first started my loc journey I used everything under the sun. I was a product junkie.
Now besides shampoo, conditioner, Jamaican Mango & Lime Gel to twist, the only product I use in my hair is Natural Vitamin E Oil.
My hair is looking fabulous with just this oil and my hair has actually gotten thicker and healthier.
I will continue this for a few months and see how it goes. So far I am happy.

My regimen consists of Kiss My Face olive oil soap as a shampoo, followed by olive oil. I moisturize my fro with water daily and seal in the moisture with olive oil. That's it. Had to give up the Loreal months ago as well as the conditioner.
