So I finally watched the video.

He's so country, I swear I thought he was from the South!

Him using the terminology is funny. I think the fact that my ex saw how I took care of my hair, I talked about why I did it, the good and bad of how others acted, seeing it grow, etc helped changed his opinion of it. Every guy won't care and every guy won't fall in love or like natural hair but helping them understand the bigger picture and letting them in might go a long way.

I love this video thank you for posting it. The only person who did not like me cutting my hair was my mother. she was so upset with, but after she saw how much growth I had, she advised to fix it. meaning, making my hair even, because I was not trimming my hair. I get compliments from guys and girls for my hair, my boyfriend who is Korean loves my natural hair and so do I. I say to educate the love ones about your hair and your natural journey. If some can't support it then keep focusing on your natural journey.
