    CCmom:
I continue to use sunflower oil in my deep conditioners and sealing. Any single strand knotting/tangling that I had been experiencing has diminished since incorporating the liquid/oil/cream layering technique. I'd done this even before hearing about it, and for me it seems to work well.

I use grapeseed oil and I just absolutely love love LOVE it! I've been using it for a couple of years now and it makes my hair feel great. I remember I was trying to quit using grapeseed oil and use extra virgin olive oil (all the hype of olive oil being the best oil...it was crap for my hair), but the olive oil didn't make my hair feel soft and silky-ish like it did with the grapeseed oil.

I'm planning on trying safflower oil after I'm done with this current bottle of grapeseed oil since I've been reading/hearing so many good things about it.

I currently using my oil as a bi-weekly leave in and as a monthly hot oil treatment.

I have been lurking in this challenge for some time now. I have been using grapeseed and sunflower seed oil. It always makes my hair feel silky. I will throw it in my deep conditioner with my castor and coconut oil next time.
Thank you to whoever panked me!!

I need to try this...anything to help diminish the single strand knots that plague me constantly, leading to me cutting off my hair in frustration.
A special thank you to the person who renewed me PANK. Your generousity is truly appreciated.

Well, I haven't really found any food recipe that virgin sunflower oil works with (and that I like) so that bottle is still being used in my hair...

Me, too. I know if I get more consistent, I will see more benefits.

    i'm joining this.

i just bought redken anti-snapp leave in and wheat germ oil. i have more redken condish and aubrey organics honeysuckly roase on my wish list and plan to make my own shampoo (aveda sap moss style). i have a trillion and 2 conditioners that i need to get through first before i will allow myself to buy redken and AO.

in the meantime i'll get started on the leave in. my goal is to use the leave in 3 days a week after every time i wash/cowash and before i use my qhem stuff.
