Your 'Go To' Style
What is a style that you find yourself doing all the time or when you can't be bothered?
For me, I part my hair to one side, take a few dreads from the front and pin them back like this.

Well, when I HAD locs, I used to do a small pompadour in the front and sweep up the sides and back into a ponytail (or just let the back hang). It was quick to do and cute.

No, unfortunately. I didn't take too many photos back then. BUT! I've done the same hairstyle on loose hair. I'll post THAT photo anyway so you can get the gist of it. It takes all of five minutes to do, but it's much easier to do with locs. (And takes less bobby pins.)

Mine is basically the same as Makalia. Or just the sides pulled back with the majority hanging.

Long story short: I grew impatient with them; they were in the fuzzy/frizzy stage, and the only way I can deal with impatience with my hair, is to cover it for a while until I get over it. Management at my job (at that time) didn't allow headwraps. And since I couldn't cover my hair, my impatience won and the locs came out. Things have changed since then, but they're about six months too late and I have no serious desire to wear locs though my laziness dictates otherwise.

When I can't be bothered, I just let them hang. They were short enough that it didn't bother me. Now, these thangs are all over my forehead trying to poke me in the eyelashes so I need to find a quick way to get them out of my face.

Used to be headbands when locks were shorter [and sometimes is plain headband with ponytail, even now], but I often just grab a few from the sides and tie it at the back or use a hair doodah of some sort to hold it back. Simple!

I mainly wear my locs straight due to being style challenged. When all else fails, they'll be in some form of curls (i.e. pipe cleaners, rods etc.)
