Falling in Love
Hi I'm 15 (almost 16 yay) and I'm kinda confused about the whole "falling in love" aspect of life. I've basically grown up reading romantic teen books where right around this time, the girl falls in love with the guy....and I feel farrr away from that point (although it would be nice to lol )
Maybe the books have led me astray and I know I'm probably too young, but idk I feel like I'm losing hope before it's even started. Currently I'm not interested in anyone and want to be mostly because having a crush on someone is a pretty good feeling....if that makes sense
Encouragements and advice would really help, thanks in advance

you are doing just fine. trust me.
if i could go back in time... i would have just had fun with my friends and been casual. but smart. not getting serious and worried about boyfriends. i was too caught up at times about dudes and i learned some real and hard lessons before I was ready. i grew up too soon.
i really wish a forum like this was around because it would have saved me some serious heartache.
and those books are for entertainment. keep that in mind.
love will come sure and soon enough.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]just want to say thanks to my angel whoever you are. thanks for making me pretty in pank
Yo I beez bloggin' check me at vivalaunderdog.tumblr.com (I finally made it happen).

It's okay to have a crush on someone, doesn't mean you need to act on it, or chase the idea of falling in love. If you're currently not interested in anyone, don't rush it. Allow things to happen naturally.

I'm going to tell you what most women wish someone told them when they were young:
How it works in movies, books and tv is NOT how it works out in real life.
Except maybe that one in a million couple.
It's great that you aren't forcing yourself to feel anything that you don't. And even if you did think you were in love with someone, 5 years later your idea of love will be totally different. And then you'd laugh at yourself! lol
Enjoy your teens! Don't worry about it. Highschool boys are drama and don't know what they're doing anyway, lol.
