I can't think of any other state of being for my hair that i've ever been happier with.
I wear my locs because this is for ME how they are supposed to be.

Because I don't like to comb my hair. I'm almost nine years in my journey.

My locs are a part of me. I would not be the woman I am today if I were not loced. A good deal of my life lessons were learned because of them. I can't imagine my hair any other way...

Being that I'm anemic my natural loose hair kept breaking. So locing was the next best thing and it ended up being the best decision I ever made!!!

Also,I just love the freedom and strength they give me.
