I made my first curly pudding, and am waiting for it to dry now. From test sections and how it looks so far, I think that this is going to be exactly what I was searching for . Shout out to ellepixie for her suggests for making a curly pudding!!

Figure that good, bad, or just curious at this point?

I need to cowash. Neck and shoulder spasms will need to chill.

I have been wearing two strand twists constantly for the past few months. The result is shoulder length hair after losing so much hair when I took my sisterlocks down. Wearing it out for a week and then back in two strands for the rest of the year.

My curly pudding was a success! But why is the back of my hair still damp when everywhere else is dry ?

Two nights ago I rinsed my hair and decided to try combining QB OHHB (yes, I STILL have this old-azz jar) and Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding for a braidout. There was no real definition to speak of but again, the shrinkage wasn't quite as bad. MJCP has mineral oil in it so maybe that's why.

I still don't regret choosing not to wear twists during my busiest time of year. I am a little nervous about losing the astonishing progress I made during the previous two months, though. However, I think so long as I keep up the moisturizing and sealing, I should be okay.

Ironically, as someone who doesn't like protective styling, I will probably go right back into twists when this month is over. Thinking about a two-week rotation: 12 days in, 1 day out, 1 day install.
Hello, 2021. Glad to see you. Hope you're bringing us goodness and light this year!

I'm pretty sure the change in my edges is my braid scarf. They're not super thin but they're aren't right and I realized it goes back to where I wear it at night. Darn...I really like that thing too.
