    Default Changing to Sprint?

We have a teenager and a preteen at home. The Mister mentioned that they will want smart phones in the months to come. We currently have AT&T just with The Mister and I using data we have gone over a couple of times. Our bill is 200 with two smartphones and 2 non smartphones With the kids eventually having smart phones we are attracted to the unlimited data Sprint offers. We were looking at Verizon but they recently changed their plans so data is not unlimited.

Anyone have Sprint? How do you like it? We are on the east coast so I plan on checking their coverage.

    TIA

I've had Sprint since 2001 and I like them. Just make sure you shop shop around when it comes to buying phones and get a plan discount if you can. Also read up on the unlimited data because there's a bit of a catch to it. I feel like it's unlimited until you get to some super duper high amount of data but if you're on WiFi most of the time then you're straight.

I'll make sure I do some comparison shopping. I like the thought of unlimited data even if it slows down after a while. At&t will slow down on you and THEN charge you for the overage. I already pay them a mint.

Sprint is great unless you live in the boonies or you're in an area where they are currently upgrading the network. They don't throttle you on data, but yes they will contact you if you are out of control every month (more than 20gb or so per line) as for deals if you have a good best buy mobile they price match and will make sure every thing is set up properly. Sprint will run you 210 before tax for 4 smart phones if you do the 1500 min plan. Those minutes only get used when you call landlines. (I work for bbym and we are non-commission but still full service)

Don't know if you've made your decision yet, but I recently made the decision to stay with Sprint because of the unlimited data. We only have 3 phones on our account right now, but will soon be adding one (we have the 1500 family share plan). We've been with Sprint since 2001, and we shopped around recently, but they have the best family plans when you consider data usage. The main complaint I have is that there is an extra $10 per smartphone monthly charge.
