I wasn't consistent in the past, but I just started again last week, sparked by tooth/gum sensitivity. This time I intend to stick to it, alternating between sesame and coconut oils. So far, so good. My teeth are already a little whiter.

^^oh thank you! i have only missed one day so far since i started. proud of myself for sticking with it. it is kind of like second nature now. it is the one new thing that i have added to my healthy living regimen that i have been consistent with. now i need to apply this consistency with my exercising, clean eating and oil cleansing. then i will be the bomb.
[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]just want to say thanks to my angel whoever you are. thanks for making me pretty in pank

I've noticed oil as an ingredient in those tooth whitening mouthwashes, so I'm trying it.

I started back oil pulling last week using coconut oil. I plan to finish the jar I bought to see if I notice any changes. If I do then I'll continue. I do it early in the morning prior to eating.

I'm going to give this a real try for the next several weeks. I did it this morning with sunflower oil. It wasn't as bad as the first couple of times I tried it, so I'm going to try and be consistent, even though 15 minutes seems like such a long time.
Is there a difference in doing it before or after you brush?

^^ they say you should do it before you brush to get all the toxins out first.
i now use sunflower oil. i'm liking it better than sesame oil. teeth are finally starting to get that white effect that everyone raves about.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]just want to say thanks to my angel whoever you are. thanks for making me pretty in pank

I just started today. I used oil olive. I feel slightly not well lol Which weridly Im happy about because it means toxins are leaving my body and my body is heal itself. Here is the oil pulling plan that I follow:
Oil pulling is another process of detoxification. It helps pull toxins out your body thru your gums, tongue and mouth. In order to do oil pulling, you would need either sesame oil, sunflower oil, unrefined coconut oil or olive oil.
For the best results, you should oil pull at least 2-3 times a day.
The 1st time, do before brushing your teeth & before eating breakfast, take 1-2 tablespoons of any oil listed in the morning and swish around in your mouth for at least 20-25 minutes (the longer, the better).
The 2nd time, do before eating lunch for 20-25 minutes, & 3rd time, do before eating and brushing teeth at night for 20-25 minutes or right before you turn in for the night and do before brushing your teeth for the night.
Wait at least 45 mins to 1 hour after oil pulling to eat, drink or brushing your teeth
