I'm like 90% sure I have fibroids. The pain and discomfort are a bish but I think this could help me to get a hysterectomy. When I've sought sterilization in the past all I got was condescension and false "statistics" about the number of women who change their minds (though the look on my physicians' faces were priceless when I started naming the studies that prove them wrong ). If I have a medical condition to leverage then it could help me plow through the bullisht.

I hope this eczema cream works quickly. The rash on my face has gotten so bad that I almost don't want to leave the house.

My earwax is dry and crumbly. I never knew that earwax could be dry.

Why am I having this skin discoloration and irritation during my period? I figured it my be from the pads but I rarely use pads. Last month I only used a couple and this month no pads at all and still the irritation and skin darkness. Hoping the Diva cup will resolve this. We shall see next month.

I think my homemade toothpaste may be too harsh for my gums.

I love my home made toothpaste thinking of trying some new recipes. What is your recipe ? Right now I am doing baking soda , coconut oil and peppermint , tea tree and spearmint essential oils.

My toothpaste is bentonite clay, coconut oil, a few drops of cinnamon EO (for flavor and preservative properties), a few drops of distilled water, and a pinch of baking soda. Gums didn't bleed or swell the last time I used it but they did feel a little tender, so I'm back to Colgate until I can get/make something less harsh.

My toothpaste mix is diatomaceous earth, calcium carbonate powder, potassium salt, and coconut oil. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort in using my mix. It's a creamy paste. It taste chalky, but a teeny drop of peppermint oil in a large mix can sweeten it up.

I'm down twenty pounds and several inches since December, but my bust size has gotten bigger? I don't even do heavy weight lifting. I need to fix something and get down a few bust sizes.

Try using a natural soap, just make sure that it doesn't contain glycerin. I used the Zum Bar lavender mint, and lately have been using a peppermint castille soap bar.

It's cheap, gentle, and cleans great :-) Haven't had any plaque build up at my gumline for years, which was always a problem when I was using regular toothpaste.

Just wet your brush and take a few swipes before brushing.

Note: My tooth brushing bar is dedicated strictly for my teeth.

If you want to explore natural solutions for your eczema, try melaleuca essential oil. The attached picture is a 10-day before and after of eczema being treated with doTERRA melaleuca oil.
