it seems like there can be a range of one full size product and samples or 2 average size products and samples. Im not sure if a list is done prior to you receiving the box but it "appears" to be up in the air about what you receive.

Some of the feedback I've seen is that the owners of these curl boxes have branched out and tried to give a variety of different items each month.

Its just not for ME . I have samples sitting in a drawer right now that people include with orders I've made. a 1-2oz jar does nothing for me unless its oil.

I've joined serveral curl box subscription services. Definitely helped when my hair was shorter. I found several staples becuase of boxes. I can still use 1-2oz samples for leave-ins/stylers but prefer larger sizes for conditioners/DCs/cleansers.

I only have one subscription now: Curl Collection. It 's bimonthly and only sends full sized products. The first box was Koils by Nature and the second was Blended Beauty.

if you are a true product junkie then its great because you get to try new products. but if you are someone that have found their tried and true regimen then i don't think it is worth it.

a friend of mine subscribed to a couple of curl boxes and what i saw in the contents i was not impressed with. but then again i only use mainly natural products. so the appeal was not there for me. i'm a product junkie for specific brands.
