    This is 5 x 5 squats of 55 kg (121 lb). This is set 2. My butt goes back a bit on some of these. Need to be patient at the bottom and lead with shoulders.

    Finally got my Insanity fix last night. I had let someone borrow it and I missed it! I might try T25 tonight. I hope it will be something I can incorporate in the mornings before work since the workouts are only 25 min long.
