    Question Apple Cider vinegar vs clear vinegar

    I've read that Apple Cider vinegar is good to help restore the PH balance in natural hair. I have white/silver natural hair and I have concerns about discoloration of my hair can I substitute the Apple Cider vinegar with clear vinegar so it won't discolor my hair?

    I've known (blonde) people do that Shechinah, it seems to have the same results as AVC. I've also heard of AVC giving a touch of colour to pale hair, so your concerns aren't unfounded.

    I love apple cider vinegar, it has added my hair growth. I don't know about white vinegar. My edges and my overall hair health has benefited.
