Got 7.73 miles in this morning! Taking Blue's advice and eating my own meal at home before I go over to spend time with family!

This last week I broke nary a sweat. Ive also been eating way more fast food than I should between being away from home & laziness. I'm doing a 30 day break from fast food. Also thinking of doing a move at least 1 mile each day -- either running or cycling.

One more week just one more week and I go back to my regular job. Yes I lose almost $3 an hour but I do not care. One stressor will be gone from my life in one more week! I can feel the cortisol levels going down already lol! My sleep got messed up again this week. Why is it so hard for me to sleep? I am always sleepy why can't I just sleep? 21 day cleanse and detox coming up this month can't wait!

So glad I finally tried HIIT on an elliptical, feels so much safer. I was always felt scared I'd fly off the treadmill during sprints.
Thanks nappy friend for giving me a PANKing!

i dont think there is anything wrong with wanting a six-pack...but i think it's important to remember every now and then that the body doesn't need a six-pack in order to be healthy. there is a robust correlation between having a six-pack and being "healthy" no doubt in that - but there are those cases where people attain muscularity through steroids and other unhealthy means. my body is toned but i could use more work in the diet department. i have an unbalanced diet. thing is...i am still learning how to "balance" my meals. i don't want to follow some diet plan book because i am a rebel by nature. i'm sure if i did pay attention to those plans my body would be more lean and i'd have more energy.
oh and my fitness goal is to be naturally strong. it's one thing to only use your strength in the gym and be a sloth for the rest of your day - but if you apply your strength everywhere - walking up the stairs, carrying your groceries for an extra second or so - you'd be training your body to be a strong 24/7 and it won't be so hard to do an intense workout every now and then. with that being said...i need to go for my run before i get too comfortable on this computer.
run a mile, i'm sweating - woo!

Survived the holiday weekend! I took the advice of eating well before going to any parties and it worked. I barely ate when I was there and stayed full.
