back again
Hi everyone. I was a member about a year ago but my profile was deactivated. Anyway, I have 3 year-old braid locs that I'm thinking about taking down. My hair is about 4 inches past my shoulders. My hair is completely locked. Approximately how long do you think it will take to take them down?

Hi wvcole and welcome back!
It will depend on how tightly the locs are made. If they are well matured it could take a week or more, depending on how much your scalp can stand and how long you work on them per day. There are so many variables it is difficult to say without seeing your locs personally.
What you can do is take on one loc and see how long that takes, then multiply it....
Oh and if you would like your old ID reactivated, let me know what it was and I will PM you with the new details.
