    Hey Everybody!
    I just wanted to share my new goal with you guys! I set of goal of morning workouts beginning July1, 2004 :coffee . I have been doing ok so far, getting to the gym no later then 6:30am. I have even added variations to my cardio, since I am tired of the treadmill. I have been shooting basketball, swimming and walking outside in the mornings for my cardio. There was a time when I was totally against working out in the mornings but I kinda like it now. Getting it out of the way!

    PS- I am down 13lbs! (box

    Congratulations on ur weight loss! I too love to exercise in the morning. I gives me that sense of accomplishment and that extra jolt I need to manhandle the tasks of the day. Makes me feel good, too!

    I wish i was more of a morning person, but congrats on the loss!
    My experiences, that are mine and not to be generalised for other hijabis, have illustrated that the concern is not my oppression, but the inaccessibility of hijabi bodies and a general discomfort with those who have no problems with visible signs of cultural and religious difference.     If I don't do it before everyone gets up, even the roosters it won't get done....my kids think it's kinda neat that I've been to the gym, showered, cooked breakfast and chilled all by the time they wake up!
