Are you using anything to moisturize your hair now? As silly as it may sound water is a great way to add moisture. You can add whatever oils you like. As for vitamins taking multivitamins is great for your health in general (and it helps with hair).

Why do you ask on the forum and not talk to a doctor?

It's just a temporary restriction. When you have 5 posts, then you can post in other areas . We do this as a spam preventative AND also so we can make sure we don't miss your first posts.

What are you using on your scalp now? I would only be using a clear, light oil on your hair at this stage, to avoid buildup. Jamaica Black Castor oil is a good one in moderation. Personally I use mongongo oil. And keep yourself hydrated because it actually helps your follicles produce and keeps your scalp moisturized from the inside.
