Ok. so I'm not looking for a pill necessarily...but I am wondering if any of you know of a supplement of any kind that helps with depression/low mood? This has been a struggle for me for years and I know I have to do my part by looking on the sunny side, getting plenty of exercise, eating fruits and vegetables, getting sunshine, keeping good company and so on and so forth....

But I am specifically curious to know if any of you have had success with use of a dietary supplement of any kind that gave you a steady relief or at least an improvement in your depression. I do not have a psychologist and am very reluctant to begin a prescription medication. Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
