Default Is anyone else doing the maximum hydration method?

If so, how long have you been doing it? And what are your results? What products are you using?

sorry I'm late!! here is a link https://maxhydrationmethod.com/ there are plenty of clickables for more info related to different hair types, maintenance, and styles etc. The maximum hydration method is a way to get your curls moisturized. There are a few steps involved. First you do a baking soda rinse or apple cider rinse depending on hair porosity. My hair is low porosity so I do baking soda mixed with conditioner. Next is deep conditioning over night. when you rinse that out in the morning, you do a bentonite clay rinse. after that, you put in a leave in moisturizer and some form of botanical gel as a wash and go. There are very strict guidelines to the products that you can use for this process because most non organic products wont wash out by co-washing alone. you can get away with products that have some of the no no ingredients if they are very far down the ingredient line. Its all about learning what your hair likes because some of the recommended products dont work with my hair, they also are very expensive lmbo!! I shop at target, walmart and sallys because they allow you to return the products regardless if its used or not so I try to find the recommended products there in case they dont work for me. any more questions definitely ask!! my previous laptop died on me so i just got a new one and i dont like trying to load this site on my phone.

Thank you for this. I'm going to give it a go tomorrow, I have all the ingredients. What Botanical Gel do you use and also is it okay to use Rhassoul Clay instead of Bentonite Clay?

I only just heard about this method a few days ago and I'm definitely going to try it. My hair needs moisture like nobody's business. Trying to get back on my healthy hair status.

That link didn't work for me. Try this link https://afrohairsolutions.wordpress....ration-method/ or this one http://www.msdeekay.com/the-maximum-...ethod-regimen/. They're both very useful and explain a lot.
