    Default I Added Lemon Juice to My Shampoo Mix and Look What Done Happen'

    I've added lemon juice before, but not for a looong time, and never with the mix I used this time...I soaked & squished my locks with AVG/rosemarry drops/Desert Essence Lemon Tea Tree Shampoo for 30 min in the sink, then rinsed,rinsed,rinsed with ACV diluted mixture and water until clear.

    Then, I added a lil' kitchen lighting, yellow walls and and *pow-highlights?? coloring??? mmmmkay

    I thought I'd share. I like it better dark, but it's fun to play and wonder what if...

    Lemon juice you say? Kewl. Was this one wash with lemon juice, or a number of washes over time?

    Other than the grey, I'm more than content with the color that is growing out of my head, but it's interesting to see what time, lemon juice, and yellow walls can do for a change of pace.

    I just did one wash, but the soaking part was key, I think. I don't see this in the mirror.

    I used lemon juice from the bottle (1 capful?) to cut the oiliness and add a bit of clarity. I had no interest in lightening it....maybe the summer sun played a role too? I don't know. I'm interested in your results!!

    I love the colour! Even if it isn't that light to the naked eye, the subtle variations in colour can still add to the beauty of the hair.
