Savvy, do you have one of those lamps that simulate being in the sun? Sounds like you have Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Savvy, ITA with NM. If you get sad around the same time each year, it sounds like SAD. I considered it, but my depression is all-year round and does not wax and wane with the seasons.
