    Unhappy Maintaining hair at night

I have had a tapered cut for a while but I've been recently growing out the sides, one issue that I encounter is that the back and sides of my hair get flattened by my (satin) pillow. I am worried about what it will be like when the sides of my hair are even longer.

Any suggestions on how to prevent this would be much appreciated c:

    Hi MrKinkyCurly...welcome to NP.

The only thing I know of that will prevent complete flattening is twisting the hair at the sides and back. When you get up in the morning the twists themselves may be flat, but once you take them out your hair will be more stretched than it would have been had you not twisted.

If your hair's not long enough to twist yet, unfortunately you'll have to wait until it gets there.
It's 2020...do you know where you're going to?

wrapping your hair at night will help with it too.
