    Cool csheppard

    Hi everyone,

    I have been natural for 4 years due to Thyroid issues, I missed the white stuff but I have settled in and accepted natural. My hair is finally growing back, still on meds so I have to be very careful of what I put on my hair and scalp. As a senior it's a little hard to shift gears but I am embracing it. I am loving this site and have told everyone I know about it. thank you
