What's the longest you've gone without combing your hair?
So, I get laid off on December 14th. I think I've combed my hair once since then. Um yeah. Christmas day was the last time I actually combed my hair.
Can't even remember the last time I washed it actually. So much going on. The anniversary of my mom's death was December 23. Thought that was going to be hard. My emotions have calmed considerably over this past year. Not sure what's going on with me though. The longer this goes on, the worse it's going to get, lol.
I keep considering cutting it down to about four inches. Saw a lady on a commercial and she had cropped natural sides with a little length on the top.
I wonder if I could pull that off. The older I get, the more attractive the thought of short hair becomes.
Hmmmmm.....

Re: What's the longest you've gone without combing your hair?
I'm sorry to hear about your loss (both of them). I know that feeling of just having other things on your mind and not trying to deal with your hair. I think i've gone three weeks with just fluffing it... After a while i've just started continuously protective styling back to back. Crochet, Twists, More Twists. It helps.

Re: What's the longest you've gone without combing your hair?
I have gone a over a month without combing my hair. I want to go longer because I get less breakage finger detangling, but I just can't seem to give the comb up. Sorry for your loss.

/hugs\
I've gone months without combing, usually because my hair is in TST and I don't want to deal with it. I don't mind the detangling afterwards.

Sorry to hear about your mom. I've gone several months but now that my hair is longer I have to comb it once a week or it will become a tangled forest.
