Hair loss, thin hair due to depression, stress, thyroid

I m 30 years old woman and have the problem of thyroid dysfunction. due to this i feel sometimes down stressed , depressed .
massive hair loss im having. suggest me something.

I’m so sorry to hear you’re having these struggles. Perhaps someone who has had similar thyroid issues can chime in. My first advice with something serious like that is definitely go to a doctor. From what I saw with my own mother and what I see with a friend‘s mother treating thyroid conditions seems like it can be quite complicated. (although definitely do-able 👍&#127998

yeah yeah !!!!!!! for thyroid i take proper treatment and my thyroid is now normall but for mental health issues i follow yoga nad some of these tips . http://www.healthline.com/health/dep...rapy#Overview1

Hi there! I have been through all of the above! I was diagnosed with Graves Disease (a mild case now in remission) but the whole episode and the medication they gave me wreaked havoc with my hair to the point I was ready to chop it off again. Meds can make your hair a mess. What are you taking (if you don't mind me asking)?
