If it is Long Island and there are no trains the place, then I really can&#39;t go unless we can setup some kind of car pool or something.

The exit is 26B Hempstead Tpke off the Cross Island. Stay to the right as there is a fork.

Well ladies, looks like I&#39;m gonna have to move the old dirty car for this get together. I live off the 7,E,F,G,R & V trains @ the 74th-Broadway/Roosevelt stop. If you&#39;re willing to take the train from and to your place I&#39;m willing to drive you from my stop to the get together. I can fit 3, maybe 4 people in my car. Let me know if you&#39;re interested.

Not taking the trains, BUT, I might be able to help a little.

You can take the E/J/Z train to the last stop, Jamaica/Parsons Aves. At the bus depot across the street from that train station, there&#39;s a bus (I forgot which one, it&#39;s the Q-something, I&#39;ll try to look it up before the get-together) you can take to the last stop in Cambria Heights. It&#39;s not a long ride. It stops at a tiny bridge. Once you cross over that bridge, that&#39;s Elmont. Elmont Rd. and Linden Blvd. aren&#39;t far from the bridge, maybe a couple minutes&#39; walk.

I have a car, and I can do the same thing as ini (see her post about her car), except I&#39;m at the L train, last stop, Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway.
