    It seems to take forever and a day when I melt beeswax using the double broiler method. Is there a better method?

    you could grate it (or break it into small pallets) before melting it.

    i hear you about the melting though... for some strange reason, i never liked beeswax.

    i know that some websites/stores sell beeswax pellets - smaller surface area and all that.
