What is a normal weight gain during your period? I have been exersizing and eating healthy for the past 2 weeks and have gained four pounds suddenly. Could those 4 pounds come from my period? How much weight do you normally gain during your period?

yep i gain 2-4 pounds each time aunt flow comes to visit. but it goes away just a quickly when she leaves town. the last couple months the bloating has been very uncomfortable. wish i knew a non medicinal way to remedy this.

Mine is the same....about 2-4 pounds. It's irritating but at least it goes away.

Bloating sucks...eating less to no salt does help though...along with increased water intake.

yeah i'm naturally more thirsty when i'm on my mensus. i tend to drink 1 or 2 more cups of water than usual when i'm on my period... but i'm still bloated.
but working out and eating lots of fruits seems to help a bit.

Okay, I wanna' share this just in case it might help someone else. I used to have the craziest symptoms from my visitor, but discovered this:
GNC's "Women's Ultra Mega" Supplements
GNC's "Ultra PMS" Supplements
GNC's "Calcium Complete" Supplements
I had to stop taking my multi-vitamin and just started taking the above as a system EVERYDAY...it took about 2 weeks before I started to notice the difference...It did a 360 degrees improvement on me! I regret not having known about it in high school! Hope this helps someone...I'm one of those people who believes that each body is different and wanted to avoid medicine, so I did the research. I had it bad ya'll ...but it's ALL GOOD NOW!***Completely NappyandHappy Since 1999***
