@linette - I can't WAIT for new fuzz lol! I hope that I get a lot with them being short and what not - I just love that look! I want to run my fingers through my locs and have them just stay there - messily locking is what I'll call it. Thanks for the compliment

@sharynleigh - Thanks and I agree short locs are cute and defiant. I guess that I will get it evened out but I hope that there will still be enough to twist. I really want to get started fairly soon.

they are sections that are not directly over one another. they are similar to the design at stadium seats or auditoriums. i hope i explained it ok..

i don't know if it is the size or not. i think maybe it is the length b/c i started w/ 2or 2.5 in. of hair.. and my hair is thick. check out my album when you have a chance..

OMG!!!!! WOW...good for you girl!!! I love it when people know what they want and are NOT afraid to go after it...

I feel ya too on the thick wild "messy" locs!! I love that look too!! Lauryn was my main loc inspiration for example and I am NOT ashamed to say that I hope mine come out JUST like hers!! They'll probably be a little smaller, but the same general idea is what I'm going for, that hella thick lioness look she had goin'. But anyway, I'm getting ready to go check out your pics.

I love the afro. I haven't started my locs yet. I have a medium sized afro and I was seriously considering cutting my hair down to start the locs. I wish you the best with your journey . Either style you choose will be beautiful.
