    Has anyone heard of using Sour cream (that fatty kind) in facials or on your hair??? If so please tell

    I' ve tried plain white yogurt with active cultures as a facial mask and it sloughs off dead skin cells and makes the skin feel moist.The lactic acid is what helps remove dead skin cells. I like it.

    I&#39;ve never used sour cream but I use a 1 part amla herb powder and 3 parts plain yogurt and sometimes add a little honey and leave this on for 30 min to 1 hour. I do a conditioner wash after this and it makes my hair very soft. You can also use just plain old yogurt and honey.
