When you make a cake you don't just throw everything in a bowl all at once you do it in phases or steps. You have your wet ingredients and your dry ingredients.

Sometimes things need to be added at certain times like you would not add your fragrance oil or essential oils right after you have heated your oils and they are still hot the heat will make your fragrance evaporate.

    These instructions are basic.
OMG I should have known that. This is what happens when I am half asleep.

What books do you recommend as well?

I see in some of the products KBB uses she uses Vegetable Wax, what is your opinion on that? Oh and Natural Enzymes. Where am I supposed to get that from and Vitamin E as well. What do these things do as far as lotion, creams and butters are concerned?

What a bout Aloe Butter? I am going to try to do some research on Apricot Kernal Oil, Black Willowbark Extract and stuff like that. I know nothing about this stuff lol. I do want to use Vitamin E for my Lotions and Butter though. I know for sure that I want to use that.

    Thanks

I am not trying to copy her, but her products are great for my skin. Well he lotions and butters and I want to create my own.

In your First post I posted some links for you Snow drift farm has a good many articles and information to help you learn what you need to, to get started. You just have to do your research. It is just to hard to explain like this. Once your read up on it it will all come together.

I have been trying to make a cream also and found that the water separated from the mix too.

Beeswax may not be the best option. There is a separate product called emulsifying wax, which is made specifically to emulsify ingredients. Try that or looking other emulsifiers like: http://www.makingcosmetics.com/Emulsifiers-c29/

I've been using ceatyl alcohol and BTMS for my emulsifer and thickener. They also are great hair conditioners.
