    Ok so after reaching 127 I went vacationing this summer and gained about 5-7 pounds. This cruise is in less than a month and I can't be slippin like this. Now I figure If I publicly announce my goal and what I am doing to reach it I will be able to stick to the plan. Soooooooooooooo. Come on ladies join in. Post what you ate today and how long (if at all) you excersized. I'll be doing this daily yall can chime in whenever you want. Good luck to us all!!!!!!





    Tuesday

    Breakfast: Special K with soymilk

    Snack -Chips and juice

    Dinner-Tuna salad and yougurt


    Overall I did bad today. I am not gonna get in 6 meals caue I was mad busy and those chips :icon_headshake: I promise I'll do better tomorrow

    Now thighs...you know I LOVES me a challenge! I'm down, Homecoming for undergrad is coming up in November, i'm trying to lose those last 5-10 lbs somewhere in the 170's or higher 160's...hmm, what am I gonna do? let me think on that and i'll be back, BUT i'm there with ya!! :wub:

    Soooo ummm, my ALBUMS were ERASED and i've cried and now i'm in the process of compiling and updating...hope to have something soon!! NP has really meant so much to my napptural journey but also to my transition into womanhood...LOVE, PEACE, and BLESSINGS Y'ALL!!

    Thank you sweetie. :wub: Things are...... going :dunno: Just hangin in there. And with this challenge hopefully the energy I'mputting towards it will be helpful.

    Tuesday

    breakfast': Slim fast shake

    Lunch: grilled Bill fish and boiled pumpkin, ocean spray cran- grape light, non-fat-low-sugar yogurt

    snack: plums

    Dinner: reduced carb pasta with chicken in ragu pizza sauce and a mix of saute` broccolli, mushrooms and cabbage

    will try harder today...exercised monday so will workout this evening

    count me in. my mother and i started the south beach today so this is right on time. i've maintained 180 for over a year now.

    breakfast-- 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, 2 large glasses of water

    snack- carrot sticks

    lunch- salad from wendy's w/very little dressing

    snack- carrots

    dinner- dunno yet

    excercise 30 minutes cardio/ 15 treadmill (6.0- 7.0) - 15 elliptical

    Tuesday
    Breakfast: cheese grits

    Morning snack: generous piece of rum cake

    Lunch: cheese grits and turkey sausage

    After Lunch Snack: strawberry short cake

    Dinner: lean cuisine skillet pasta and 2 cups of frozen vegetables


    Dessert: chocolate icecream cone


    Wednesday
    Breakfast: Nothing, Contemplating a nice bowl of buttery, cheesy grits with crumbled bacon.

    Excercise: 2 x last week Weight:152lbs Goal: wear a short skirt without shame, doesn't matter what weight or size I become
