Does anyone use the clay on their hair? If so, what are the results? Do you prefer a type of clay over another? Why?
Thank you

Re: Clay?
Knotty Author used it on locs, she said she couldn't get it out of her locs. I's suspect a similar proplem with twists.

Thanks DeBe
I went ahead and tried the clay on my two strand twists. I was presently surprised. I used bentonite clay as a wash. It left my hair and scalp very clean and not stripped. I followed it with a deep conditioner. My mini twist are feelin gooooooood lol. Usually my problem with mini twists is they only last 2 weeks because I feel the need to remove to wash my hair. But washing with bentonite clay may be the solution. When I have reached one month with my twists and take down I will report back.Last re.laxer Dec 2006

Re: Clay?
Bentonite clay is great for washing with. It draws out any impurities.
