Check out these celeb's diets...
JENNIFER LOPEZ-DIET- "I don't eat a lot," says Lopez, who also rarely drinks alcohol. "But I am the type of person who will eat whatever she wants." Her weaknesses? Chinese chicken salad and soft-baked cookies. WORKOUT- "I like to work out," says the star, whose new routine with trainer Gunnar Peterson includes strength training three to four times a week with lunges and dumbells, plus abs work on a medicine ball.
BEYONCE`-DIET- Beyonce` slimmed down with three low-fat meals (baked fish and veggies) a day with nothing to drink but water. WORKOUT- "I dance a lot; that's how I lodt most of it," the star tell us. But she also runs up to six miles a day! and lifts weights. Her trainer is Elizabeth Gabbay.
This inspired me to create a challenge the new beyonce/ki toy body challenge here are the rules:
1. For the booty like beyonce do a daily 35 squats; for a ki toy booty try 55+ squats. Do the same number of reverse lunges. It's your choice.
2. Eat a lot of carbs like bread, pizza, noodles etc.
3. For nice toned legs try doing leg lifts lay on your side and lift your leg slightly up and bring it down do this 45 times daily or every other day.
4. get some small weights you can buy them at your local walmart and lift them 30 times daily for each arm.
5. now for that sexy stomach try crunches about 30 of them daily
6. drink 60 oz. of water daily
7. Try ensure or the equate brand to add a little thickness if yor a little thin.
8. Eat 3 to 6 (if you're a little skinny) healthy meals a day.
9. For the exercises you may want to buy an exercise ball if you are a beginner.
Remember I am not a doctor or have a degree i just made up this challenge to get your dream body.

There needs to be more protein added to that (to build muscle) and you'll be good to go .

Glad you posted the celebrity routines. It was a good reminder for me that adding weights to my light routine will give me better results. I definitely think that being consistent is what makes all the difference in being successful or not

ITA and I have to add this one thing.
I can't stand when celebrities talk about their weightloss and what they do and this other mess.
What celebrity do you know that works 8-9 hours a day, has kids (that they actually take care), takes care of a home, brings home just enough money to survive paycheck to paycheck, has financial stresses etc.. loose weight? I say all that to say is that celebrities have that time where they could workout several hours a day or afford a cook that can bake them fish 1000 different ways. Money is not an issue so they can get a personal trainer whenever they want. Just like when that guy "Jack Osborne" lost all the weight. What the hell else does he have to do? Nothing. So its easier for a celebrity to focus on their weightloss then it is for the average american. I would rather hear stories of people like me loose weight/gain a healthier body then a celebrity.
Sorry, that is my rant for the day.

I agree with Ameka
Beside...celebrities don't always go the healthy route and it's their job requirement to look a certain way so of course they take the time out to run 6 miles a day and this and that cause they have too.
Also, last time i checked Beyonce was eating 2 cucumber slices and 2 tomato slices for lunch
and Mariah Carey said she ate everything she wanted but only an amount less than a fork full for each item.

You have got to be kidding me!?! My stomach would eat itself if that's what all I ate. They have no excuses whatsoever to starve themselves with all their money they can devote to trainers. They should be able to eat a whole buffet a day adn still stay fit. They are the dummies to think they have no choice but to do that.
Someone needs to inform these ladies on their body types, frames, metabolism and what would work best for them. It's silly to starve unnecessarily and I don't envy or pity them.
