I stay with a problem with my subscription I ordered the subscription 12/05 did not get my first issue til 5/06. I called them yesterday to inquire about the summer issue and the supervisor told me the magazine is on hold, asked what exactly did that mean and she told me the magazine is holding all subscriptions until they determine whether or not to continue with the publication. Just like that, I asked when they planned on notifying the customers just in case we are concerned with the delay, I mean yal got $36.00 of my money, and told her this is poor customer service. She didn't even acknowledge it but asked me I'd like to cancel!!!!Wow I guess they don't even care. I was really excited to get this subscription and had heard of other members of nappturality has had problems with subscriptions of Naturally You magazine. Still I wanted to give them a chance, its a shame I am just going to cancel. I don't have time for this, did anyone else experience this?
