She is going to speak tonight at UH here in Houston. I work for the university and the event is only open to students, staff, and faculty, and the tickets were free.
According to the campus paper she will be speaking on her life and some of the trials and tribulations she has gone through and will read some of her poetry. I got my camera so I hope they allow us to take pictures.
I can't wait. :wub:

She coming to the University of North Texas on Thursday and I can't wait to see her too ! She came my freshman year but I missed her so I'm definitely not going to miss out this year.
