Hello everyone, this is my first post. I've been looking around the site for a while, and I love it....Anyway, I was planning on using "Motions Color Return Color Refresher and Conditioner," and I wanted to know if anyone has tried it, and if so, are there any comments about it? Its supposed to be to revive semi-permanent coloring, I believe, but, the site says it can also be used to create highlights. I saw someone's album about a month ago, and she used it to creat a nice burgundy tint on her hair.
