I was reading in a cat book a long time ago saying that cats only mated around March and were pregnant for 3 months. When we took Ms. Lady in January '98 and she went into heat March '98. We let her leave the house and then we found her a few days later and she wind up having her babies that June.

So if you want really small kittens, I would say they would probably be ready for adoption by August or September

I've seen cats mating thorughout the year and having kittens whenever and wherever. There is actually a cat at my barn who is due to deliver in a few days. I'm just saying that if you did want a kitten, you could probably find one in your local shelter. Most of them have lists of their available cats/kittens on petfinder.

one of my kitties is a peepeegirl too i have to make sure i keep the litter boxes clean AND i have to play with her a little each day. That seems to be the only way to keep her from whizzing all over.

one morning a few years ago she even peed on my head when i was sleeping in bed :Angry: :lol:

I used to browse local newspaper ads. That's how I got my cat. But petfinder.com is good. Also try craigslist. Local animal shelters. And the pound.
