Do any of you use Google Ad-Words or a similar service? I am looking into Internet advertising as well as site-specific advertisment. Of course, I am looking in to Nappturality!, but I wanted to also explore other options.

I am an interactive media planner and have been buying keywords for clients using Google Adwords as well as Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN Search. Are you wanting to buy ads on search engines or have Google ads on your on site and be paid by Google for visitors clicking on the ads? If so that is Google AdSense.

I've been using Google Ad-words for over a year now and have it cracked - at least I hope so
I use it in conjunction with my SEO and site tracking tool - ExTreme Tracking and it works rather well and saves me time and money.

Please let me know if there is anything specific that you would like to know and I'll try to answer some of your questions.

Shulta: Your post is right on time! I've got my 'products' down and am now looking into SEO. I've just started, so I'm no expert, but am reading every day and trying new things.

What is the tracking tool you use - is there a website where I can get more info? Is it through ipowerweb?

I will def. PM you if I have any questions...Thanks!

systah - thanks for the tip on the article and the book - I've read that writing articles about your product/webby is also a good way to get hits.

Sorry I've only just seen this..
As I mentioned above I use extreme tracking but I've just coded my own program for website tracking (remember I used to be a techie geek) which is a little more in-depth than Google Analytics and Extreme Tracking put together.

There are loads of FREE SEO courses out there - you simply have to type in SEO FREE into Google and select which course you want to use.
I've just completed one by http://www.gnc-web-creations.com which has helped tremendously!
