Okay, I don't know if it's because the weather is changing, and my hair isn't exactly dry, but it seems as though it's not responding as much as it used to as it did around my second bc. Like i've said, my hair texture kind of changed.

I usually condition with biotin conditoner, and rub coconut oil and amla oil through my hair. and if I wanted it twisted, just use shea butter and aloe vera gel. These products seemed like they used to work.

I was just wondering if there are any really good commercial products out there that are recommended, such as really creamy conditioner, hair oils, I just want to try something different because I'm tired of mixing and making my own products.

I say try Giovanni Direct Leave-in conditioner. Also Trader Joe's Nourish Spa conditioner's good too...I get tired of mixing up stuff too...only thing that's worked for me that I mixed up is my skin cream and the oil for the hair growth challenge  oh well...I'm still learning.

If you prefer to stick with products that are all natural, but you don't want to make your own, you can try Oyin or Anita Grant. Those are the two off the top of my head that I know of. Good luck!! Oh yeah, you can try Asha's as well.

Missmackaroni...I have the TJ Nourish Spa Conditioner & I love it, but since you mentioned Giovanni's Leave-in, I had a question: Are they comparable or is one better than the other? I know pricewise the TJ conditioner is waay cheaper!

Those all sound really good. I'll have to try them. What about Carol's Daughter? How is that?

There's a pinned post at the top of this forum that asks to post questions about products in the products forum, but...

I think its pretty comparable...from reading the back I think it has the same ingredients...just the Giovanni isn't as thick...but I'd say just dilute the Nourish Spa with water...which is what I should have done in the first place but me being a punk decided to get an actual leave in conditioner

We are getting topics from older members posted here that are about product questions, or asking for recommdations. These belong in the commercial products forum. New members might not know, but members with several posts should avoid this.

Mentioning a specific product for feedback, CPF
Asking for recommdations for a conditioner, hair color, etc., CPF
"Look at my new pictures...." Album Links Forum
Looking for any members...OT
Questions about specific hairstyles, fake hair, extentions,...Napptural Styles Forum.

Topic convering multiples of these options, and a general question about nappy hair, split it up.

PLEASE post in the correct forum, to avoid your topic having to be moved, which is inconvenient for mods. Much appreciated.

^_^
