Thanks for the information, Indigo.

I thankfully been good with with sunscreen...Unless when...I'm...TANNING. Yes I dooo. (I know, I know, I'm already more than naturally tanned :P) I have uneven skin tones, my face is very noticeably darker than my chest and arms, and well...everything else. So I go lay out in the sun. With a lot of moderation of course. And I do darken up really fast also, I'd be out for a half an hour and you'd already see the difference.

I just started doing this because I started on a regimen of Retin-A, but since I have moved to Phoenix, it might just be what i need to do anyway -- I use Neutrogena Oil-Free with a SPF of 45
Have a great day,

i'm dark-skinned and used to chuckle to myself when i saw my white friends slather on sunblock at the beach.[/b]
me too til I got the worse case of sunburn EVA and I had to come to work peeling like a friggin snake shedding it's skin.... so now I wear it, even when I'm not sunning at the pool. I've been practically erry weekend this summer and don't see myself stopping so my skin I must protect!

I use sunscreen every day. I use Olay Complete with SPF 15. For the summertime, I spray the Neutrogena Cool Sunblock with SPF 45.

Sunscreen is very important!

Wow I need to up my protection, I use SPF 14 daily (Lush Ultralight) on my face and in the summer I use SPF15 on my body, I once used a SPF50 and it turned my skin blue...not cool but I'll look into higher protection. Thank you for posting about the rays going through clothes! That never occured to me, and like most people I only apply SPF to the visible parts...
