Welcome to nappturality
The images didn't come up, but i'm assuming you're talking about this fellow:
It looks like he just grew his hair out to about 2 to 3 inches. and that he just either washes his hair and lets it air dry without combing it. OR he gets comb twists or finger coils and lets them get old and lets it fuzz up. OR he just washes his hair, lets it dry, maybe puts some leave in conditioner, and just uses his fingers to twists the ends and make it look textured. Kind of reminds me of John Legend.
It IS easy to do i would think. I have a friend who does his hair like that. He just twists the ends up himself around his fingers.
Hope this helps, and maybe u can post a pic when u do it

I have to agree with what NapsRback said. Since he is a dude and plays ball, I am willing to bet he grew his out about 2-3 inches. Has someone braid or twist it up, takes the twist/braids out and rocks it like that. Or he does the wash n go. Not to many fellas are going go back after the hair dries, put in a leave in conditioner and then twist the ends (their GFs maybe do it for them).
If I say napptural and you say natural, we're talking about the same thing-differently. But if I say natural and you say re.laxer, then one of us is f*ckin wrong.

I agree with the other posters... it definitely looks like a wash and go... he probably just washed it and ran his fingers through it to make the little sections and let it be... It seems extremely simple... It should probably take you 5 minutes tops to create that style... Good luck!!

^^^
You can go HERE for instructions on the comb/finger coils. Scroll all the way to the bottom.
If it seems like work i would just find a natural hair stylist in your area and i think at least one barber in a barber shop would know how to do it.
