Hi
Just wondering about ways of using strawberry seed oil and plum kernel oil? Just read about the latter in another thread, and they both apparently smell sweet, so am thinking of adding it to spritzes. Any thoughts?
Thanks

I would rather use the oil in facial products since it has a natural source of alpha-hydroxy acid which helps in skin renewal.

Akua's right, strawberry seed oil does not smell like strawberries. I purchased my strawberry seed oil from Akua's business and it was absolutely wonderful. I actually made a bath, body, & cleansing oil with it and scented it with a tiny bit of strawberry fragrance. It smells delicious
Now the plum kernel oil does have a very nice and sweet fruity aroma. This is my oil of the moment right now. I did share my love for it in a previous thread as well. Anytime I come across sweet smelling oils that are beneficial to our hair & skin, I become like a kid in a candy store and begin concocting all sorts of mixes with it.
I haven't considered using it in a spritz. However, when I open my shop, I will be selling it as is and mixed with other natural hair & skin loving ingredients.
Plum kernel oil is highly moisturizing and high in fatty acids and also absorbs easily into skin without being greasy .

I can't decide!!! I think the smell may be the decider for me. The oily scent of the strawberry seed oil lingers a little too much for my liking. I'll report back once I've trialled them both properly.
